This is a great plant based burger patty. I age them uncovered for 48 hours in the fridge to dry them out a little more. The end result is a firmer patty IMO. This is just a personal preference but thought I would share my workaround.

Mine was more of a sloppy Joe than a burger as I took it out of the freezer a let it sit before I cooked it but it was delicious. No Soy equals a happy chest for me. Have just re-ordered more via Fresh Prep.
