Plant-Based Nachos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 deg F.
  2. Place half the tortilla chips on a parchment lined baking tray
  3. Top with half of the shredded cheese, scallions, olives and taco stuffer
  4. Repeat step 3. bake for 8 -12 minutes until cheese is melted and chips are toasted
  5. Once baked drizzle with warm cheese sauce. Garnish with picked cilantro
  6. Serve with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole

  • Corn tortilla chips 500 grams
  • Black olives 300 gramsĀ 
  • Scallions – sliced 50 grams
  • Shredded cheese 200 grams
  • Cilantro – picked and chopped 15 grams
  • Pico de gallo 200 grams
  • Sour cream 150 grams
  • Guacamole 150 grams
  • Cheese sauce 150 grams
