Over the past month you’ve met the Modern Meat team, and today you’ll get to know the woman who started it all. Modern Meat founder and CEO, Tara Haddad answered some questions on her feelings and expectations before she began Veganuary. Keep reading and get to know Tara!
Tara is an accountant and entrepreneur who has over twenty years of experience building successful companies in the public and private sector. She previously worked at Ernst and Young where she managed sectors in audit, tax, and risk management. Currently, Tara provides strategic consulting to multiple companies, evaluating financial operations and overall corporate strategy. She also oversees large-scale, high-value property transactions, while creating companies that are viable and have a strong ethical mission for education, health, and the environment.

“5. It excites me to see how my body reacts and if I feel any positive differences with going vegan. I feel that these small changes make a big difference in the environment and for the sustainability of our world.”
